Shipping destinations and charges

Available shipping destinations, delivery options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact herlabelbags@gmail.com before placing an order.

Processing and delivery times

Order preparation time and courier transit time are separate. Please contact us before purchasing if you need confirmation of dispatch or delivery timing, particularly for a wedding, event or other time-sensitive occasion. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery information

Please enter your complete delivery address, PIN or postal code and a working contact number. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery assistance

For dispatch updates, tracking information or assistance with a delayed delivery, email herlabelbags@gmail.com with your order number. Courier delays, holidays, weather and other disruptions may affect delivery timing. Please contact us if your parcel appears lost or is marked delivered but has not been received so the issue can be investigated.

Receiving your parcel

Our embellished bags and clutches are delicate and require careful handling. Please retain the packaging and inspect your product upon receipt.

Record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting with the sealed parcel and shipping label, through opening all packaging and inspecting the product. Keep the original video uncut and unedited, without pauses or alterations. This helps us assess damage claims under our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Damage on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, contact herlabelbags@gmail.com promptly with your order number, photographs and original unboxing video. Requests will be assessed under our Refund and Replacement Policy and applicable consumer law. The video requirement does not remove statutory rights or prevent consideration of other evidence where required by law.
